Cart Positioning
Place carts at least 3 feet apart and 3 feet away from obstacles
Place wheels toward the house
Do not park vehicles in the vicinity
Filling Requirements
Make sure recyclable items are empty and free of food residue (rinsed)
Flatten cardboard
Do not overfill
Recycling should be loose and not bagged
